This is the report of the Third Global Partners Forum on Children affected by AIDS, which was co-hosted by UNICEF and the UK Government in London.
The report makes a number of specific recommendations for addressing the blockages to universal access to prevention, treatment, care and support for children affected by AIDS.
The recommendations focus on issues related to birth registration, social welfare systems, access to education, prevention and treatment services for children, integrating a multisectoral response for children affected by AIDS into development instruments, strengthening the capacity of civil society and strengthening monitoring and evaluation of the response.
