Information Brief: Civil Registration

This briefing was presented by Josef Decosas (of Plan International) to the IATT Meeting on Children Affected by HIV/AIDS which took place in London on 15th & 16th May 2006. It includes the recommendations on civil registration resulting from the Third Global Partners Forum and how they specifically address the ways in which the IATT should follow-up on these recommendations.
