What is a civil society delegation? What is a civil society delegation?

A civil society delegation is a group of individuals selected to represent civil society interests within the governance of an institution.

These individuals are selected to be part of a delegation through an open application process based on their experience and expertise. The position is usually voluntary.  Delegates work for a variety of civil society organisations or networks.
